Kincella - guess what I am saying may be to reinforce the need for a strong banking system - but they too have to play the game.

Hope the govt allows super funds to lend on real estate - that will chase the wind up the so and sos.

Isn't it strange that BHP is going to show a huge profit but because some French commentator said watch out for resources - all the sharemarket lemmings follow. Don't know whether it will go up or get hammered but you would think BHP would go up.

Unfortunately all our stockmarket players who are negative on property think it too reacts to knee jerk reactions.
To those of you who thought you would make a killing on the ASX and then buy real estate - maybe this is all a reality check as property is about to regain lost ground and I mean that in the kindest way. Always better to secure your home first and then gamble on the ASX. Only those who have surplus funds constitute true investors on the ASX. The rest just get burned.
