Think they will be a competitor? In some situations its all about the marketing and relationships too - at the moment Trophon is so well established in Oz.. but not so Overseas.
I'm having difficulty valuing this company (I have been in and out of this one a couple years ago, at a much lower price).
Know the product and love the product.
