    Maybe sales continue to be (severely) stalled - I imagine this is the alternative to a sales team going into hospitals. I would guess the 2nd biggest objection is simply the cost and the purpose of this 'loaner program' is to over come or reduce this objection. A 'no risk' trial.

    My main concern would be understanding how to properly use the product - which is probably where sales team would also be of use - demonstrating proper use so it works well but just as importantly efficiently and effectively too - so that time is saved and confidence in the safety of probes increases. I guess there are training videos as well as maybe live video demonstrations and support ie sales team can offer to assist remotely.

    The number one objection is most likely to be how things are currently done i.e. changing the status quo is almost always the biggest hurdle. Not sure how this program helps with that. I think a hospital / practice would need to be unhappy with their current regimen. And sufficiently unhappy compared to other concerns eg covid!

    anyway i hope it is successful.
