What's NBH to you pfuzzy? To me their taking up the placement was significant, in that they provided funds for further drilling instead of BUX having to look for further funding elsewhere. On top of that they were willing to pay a premium instead of a discount for their shares. In other words they are not screwing BUX, to me that was a fantastic gesture.With no further guidance, I use it as a future guide unless more relevant information appears. Eat your heart out.
