Surely the company would benefit from having Beavis on the board and surely he would want to have greater control on his investment here. He has had proven success and he certainly has a vested interest in seeing our shareprice recover.
My gut feeling is that he is positioning himself to take us over at some point.

We still have a chance for a settlement with the infringement claim so even a small win would have a huge impact on our current market cap.

This company has been the most painful hold after so much potential. The potential is still there but I'm not sure if they can fulfil it.
I think I would agree to a takeover proposal of between 2.5-3c. It would still be a decent loss and disappointing but it would far better than the current paper loss and aggravation.
