What a stupid comment. It's not black and white. The CRs have been fine to expediate expansion when they just could have gone a bit slower and created lots more shareholder value. As mentioned previously, only good thing about this CR is that finally the directors will have skin in the game and actually will now care for the value of shareholders. Why would any shareholder participate if the can pick them up for 29c
