That would seem to be illogical. The money is surely better being used to fund expansion and growth of the company rather than simply transferred to other market players at this stage of the company's development.
It seems more like an emotional protest statement over the CR itself and a grudge against WP than a well thought out strategy. Any support to the share price from on market buying will only be transient compared to growth in revenue by supporting the company directly
