It is simply illogical to undermine the share price with constant attacks on the company and then claim to be supporting the company in its CR by buying on market. If you really wanted to support the CR then it would be far more reasonable to participate in the raising and stop the illogical and spurious criticism. The only way your actions make sense is if you are seeking to accumulate shares at a price below the SPP.
