Probably just "tactical" to keep the negativity looping around while accumulating at .295.
A few punters specialise at buying stocks during cap raises and then selling into the small rebound afterwards.
If you can get 295 then sell at 32 after the CR you've made a slightly risky & 7 or 8% in a month (this is where even half a cent dramatically affects your % gain).
Then wait for another quality company to do a cap raise in a few months time.
