What has surprised me is no real determination to hold the line at 30 c
If I was the company I would be on the phone to the recent broker who facilitated the placement to ask why they are not reloading the bid
( I haven't heard of the particular broker before and they may have their reasons )
I will also very intrigued to see who the " institutions" are who have taken the placement.
Whatever an " institution " is .!!!
It may be that the company doesn't really care about the SPP and just included existing shareholders to keep everyone sweet and they don't need the extra money ( that would surprise me ! - every company is happy to take in funds )
I've asked before but doesn't the spp official application breakdown exactly how funds raised are to be allocated ?
