Well sure.. but that's what I just didn't/don't get?
Obligation or not......sure... I get there is no "obligation"... but why would anyone "help get it off the ground" what appeared to be something as fundamentally positive as this story.. with so much "future good" for local manufacturing, science etc etc...all that effort and good will starting it up. knowing these sort of things always take years to bed down and consolidate... then not follow up by providing (what for them is/was anyway) small top up funds?
If they were a long term supporter?
why?
I just could not reconcile that...
