@Cowboyinvestor; Russia and its President, Putin, have already been investigated by the ICC and ICJ with sanctions imposed against them for their invasion of Ukraine. I've condemned that invasion many times on this forum and yet again repeat it jusr for your benefit.
They've had to cop it sweet and have seen their international assets frozen and indeed as of recent days been advised that the EU is even going to transfer the interest earned by frozen Russian assets to the Ukraine.
To the best of my knowledge Putin has NOT made threats to impose sanctions against either the ICJ or the ICC - unlike Biden's Administration and Netanyahu's Regime.
I note that you support the perversion of the course of international justice but only on the basis that it can be done by the USA and by Netanyahu's Regime.
