    agree yet its important to note mitigating factors.

    I doubt any charge would be brought against Biden because they wouldn't stick due to the many constraints making it virtually impossible for Biden to do otherwise.

    now if it was Trump in potus with his history of sucking up to Israel, there would certainly be a case.
