    @JACK; depending on who you're referring to, the phrase 'From the river to the sea' has different meanings.

    As someone living close to the River Murray in NE Vic it literally means from the source of the Murray near Corryong all the way to the Murray's Mouth and the Coorong in South Australia [as in the movie, 'Storm Boy']. It's associated with paddle steamers, the Murray River Marathon etc.

    Netanyahu's Regime and its back-slappers use the phrase to scare people about Hamas killing everyone in Israel whereas Palestinians claim its about achieving a two state solution and living peacefully with Israelis,

    In contrast to that phrase the decision of the International Court of Justice [ICJ] to Netanyahu's genocidal regime following earlier warnings expressing concerns about it killing Palestinian civilians was crystal clear. It carried just one meaning understood by everyone on Earth except for the Israeli judge on the ICJ and Netanyahu's Regime itself:

    "STOP your offensive in Rafah!".
