Ray Dalio would seem to agree with you:
-Accrue as much debt as possible and then
start a major war to wipe out the debt!!
While Russia may be the US chief military enemy,
there is no doubt that China is the US economic enemy
particularly now that China is organising the BRICS
to shun the USD in international trade and recruiting
new BRICS members (ie: Saudi Arabia, Iran etc etc)
