Let's face it, China makes many items which are durable, unique and most useful around the house and in small shops.
Items no US or Australian manufacturer was interested in producing. Just look at stainless steel kitchenware. No cracking enamel any more. No dangerous aluminum pots. No heavy cast iron pans. No filthy uncleanable implements.
And 95% of all socks used world-wide are produced in china. They are far more functional and longer lasting than the expensive woolen ones we used to sweat in.
If something is good an durable, I buy it, no matter where it comes from.
