I am no expert but I do know that MEP have experienced management, an excellent exploration reputation and quality JV partners.I also know that MEP has significant shareholdings in some other highly prospective companies.

32% shareholder of PTR (Petratherm - Hot Rocks)
19% shareholder of MTH (Mithril - Nickel)
08% shareholder of TOE (Toro Energy - Uranium)

MTH and TOE have had some recent significant gains, yet MEP remains at 0.20c. Bargain!

The above shareholdings and some other handy little investments means that their share price is covered and there is plenty of upside. Basically you are getting MEP for next to nothing.

I dont want you to take it from me though, do the maths and see what you think.
