Have just done a once over lightly look at some ASX listed property companies. Not many with reasonable market capitalisations, sensible PE's and a div yield north of 7.5% Found 8 and APZ looks pretty damn fine in comparison. (The others were ALZ, CDI, CMW, FRI, GOZ, SGP & WBB). So I'm sticking with APZ.
