as i see it the sp of reit's will be affected by the current world financal situation. every so often existing finance agreements end and fresh finance has to be obtained. if new finance becomes much harder to obtain then the company will come under financial stress. eg GFC 1
the end of year balance sheet will tell us where the company is at. with the recent sale of assetts i am hoping that its gearing level will come down to a very healthy level.
