Hi goatpointer,
APZ is outperforming all other REITs....Except for one.
That is MIX..It is outperforming APZ by some 150%...It doesn't pay distribution yet.
I have large holdings in both.
If we are going to buy a "weak" sector...buy the best.
I do expect a growth phase for REITs,though.
