Have to strongly disagree. That is a contradiction in terms. A- Reits are all about a regular income stream, ie; dividends.
The reason for MIX's near 150% price growth over past year is that is comes from a very very low point 12 months ago. Hardly a good sign for regulat income. In fact its share price is just where it was 3 years ago.
For me APZ is the stand out A-Reit. Safe a reliable consistent performerr with WA emphasis.
