Thats the thing Najaf the whingers only see these suburbs as a dive and don't see the potential then in 10 years time they are banging the door down to get into the area after it becomes what they consider to be a good area!
The good thing about houses that require renovation is that in most cases the house is perfectly liveable and if people take a bit of time they can renovate most of it all themselves saving a bucket load of money. Not to mention if they do it themselves overtime they can usually find the money at the time to pay for the renovations at the time without having to borrow that money.
