You just remind me of others that have come before you. Others who, ironically, seem scared about property. They're very anxious for this pull back, you see, to a point of obsession.
It can't be healthy.
Me, I'll just wait and see what happens. But I'm in the fortunate position of having bought when everyone was saying sell, and have seen good enough gains to be able to sleep easy at night.
I admit it would be harder to buy now with much of the same noise, but who knows, maybe those buying now will also find themselves in such a position in a few years if the doom and gloomers are incorrect (again).
