    Have a friend who knows this stock well.

    His advise was to buy at these levels as their will be an announcement soon. Historically his information has always been spot on and timely.

    The same guys behind JPR are also behind CPN and the old VPH and I also understand them to be involved with ITC. He also tells me that their will be a deal rolled up into ITC similar to that of JPR with its Kazighstan connections.
