BLY may have suffered some dilution, but the facts posted by members on this forum cannot be ignored.

* BLY is a cash positive company following the cap raising.
* GFC caused effective restructuring - now leaner and meaner
* Established company used by mining due to its good rep
* Recovering market and mining activity

those things combined IMHO BLY is still somewhat undervalued.

Last year I missed the boat on VBA (Virgin blue) at 15c as it was coping a slandering, and now its almost at 60c. I won't let myself miss out on a buying opp such as I see in BLY at present.
