    The only 'cap' is a great big dunces cap -- worn by the SEN rampers who have been vainly trying to talk this stock up since it fell from its pumped up highs around the 80c - 90c level.

    So when it falls below 40c there will be the usual chorus of "I topped up" and "what a never to be repeated bargain" SEN below 40c is

    Never try catching a falling knife.
