    To expand operations to the full fledged 40-50,000 tonnes/month... no that won't be enough.

    But, to go through and mine using the 2 fleets of Heavy Equipments, plus the fully operational DMS, and the areas already Identified as containing diamonds... YES i would say that we do not require CAPEX for that.
