the so called white noise and other ideas of helping is just giving money away to anybody

I suffer, big time
in both ears

after researching the problem and having friends research for me
there is not ever honest research into the problem, any where in the world
nothing helps
you have the problem for now and forever

the best help or suggestion is
(don't laugh)
don't talk about it, don't even write about it , tinnitus
because any suggestion about the subject
makes you think about your problem

a suggestion
this is tricking your head/brain
don't get stressed .........
this doesnt reduce the level of tinny........
but you don't think about that sound roaring away in your head
and you don't think it is as loud

you might say, I know 'a fair bit' about the subject.. sadly

if you wish to talk about it or anyone does.......... just ask

Yeah, I just suck it up, have done for years...I feel it has got louder over time, but I rarely talk about it to anybody unless some one brings the subject up...onya bunbun...lol.

I personally don't think I have it really bad, but then hard to know as it can't be shared.

Then I'd probably miss it if it were just gone one day...I'd hate the silence...lol
