It basically says that Macquarie Capital has begun sending out flyers to sell DBCT. There are no dates on the flyers to sell DBCT....they are just seeking first round offers by mid June. It also mentions that BBI asked parties in mid January to submit indicative offers- and at the time the Investec advised consortium of miners was tipped as the most interest party- but later restarted the process after deciding to consider selling the entire asset rather than a minority stake....

Elswehere in the Fin review, you will find of interest that "BNB Residential Land Partners has reached an agreement with BNB international to acquire or terminate the management rights for the residential land business for a nominal sum".
