i think from what i recall there are approx 240m shares available but there also nearly 500m [298m 98m, 99m] in escrow and a lot of performance shares which i dont quite get
how does that equate to a billion$ company. at moment market cap is 85m to 212m if you include escrow shares. seems to be a long way of 1B$??
