Gadget1, While the funding of the project is critical in getting the project up, its the time it takes to get it funded that's hurting, because of dilution in funding the operation. The real problem is the NT EPA unreasonably withholding approval of the Darwin refinery being built. That's where the time delay is. TNG should do everything possible to solve that quickly, but if it can't be done in a few months then turn to Option B quickly, which cannot be in NT. Probably in SA with suitably zoned land and agreement to make it happen quickly, like they did with the world's largest storage battery built in 90 days.
