With the uncertainty on China /Iron ore prices, concerns of security you be right to think it wouldn't be helping the sp greatly.
Unfortunately I believe TNG have missed the boat.
They've taken too much time trying to string this together....if there looks like a world conflict brewing would you think there would be any funding from the German banking groups??
PB needed to move quicker with less mistakes....perhaps it was more about wishing production back in 2015 than saying it.
