to work it out you would have to know how many small cafes etc have accounts directly with them and what proportion will go broke and how much they owe on average - I worked on $1500 avge bill, and 20 000 going broke as a guess -just guesswork -
I have just used Google.... whilst there appears there could be 20 000 cafes and 20 000 restaurants I am not sure if there is overlap in those figures, but even if half went broke you would have $30m-assume bigger accounts (supermarkets etc) are not going broke
someone may be able to correct me on average sized account and if there is any intermediaries involved- I know some smaller places just use wholesalers ( still some within Metcash I think and even Woolies), and even specialised drink wholesalers may be in some areas
