King, I agree, it is into well oversold territory. It is one of the stocks which is likely to be a safe play for a 25% to 33% upside in 3-12 month timeframe, and it generally pays a dividend.
Even short term it is well oversold - this is buy the dip stuff - I did so late last week and may do so again Monday. It has potential for a quick 5-6% in a short timeframe - eg a week or two.
I suspect day or shorter term traders (which I am also) may say that's not much. But a relatively low risk 5% repeated over a few months gives a very health gain.
