Only way your rent collected gets more VALUE is if the VALUE of the house goes up, not the price with inflation.

Just like if the VLAUE of your house does not keep up with inflation you become poorer, even though the price of the house goes up.

Amazing how some people cant get their head around basic 1st year economics.

Steve, exactly. You may be a tad pessimistic with the high interest rates but geez, it's not a hard concept to grasp. at least someone is talking sense.
