justis all makes sense, no example but makes sense. except that there is $50k deposit unaccounted for. also i'd work of a long term 7% interest rate. therefore rent MAY cover interest payments. insurance, rates, taxes, management, maintenance, all out of your sky rocket. hmmmm, it still doesn't really stack up for me. but you go for it.
also please don't think there aren't good property investments, there certainly are, but i'm just highlighting that your maths is a tad out of whack.
