On a serious note, the next quarterly is out this month. A market update between now and the quarterly would help manage shareholder expectations concerning China Mobile, performance growth and any capital raising. I'm surprised the last $1m raised lasted so long. If the China Mobile deal isn't to be sealed before a cap raising, I suspect "sophistocated investors" will be engaged again rather than options or shares being issued to ordinary holders.

Because the China Mobile ann is taking much longer than expected, I think a significant positive or significant negative announcement will be coming shortly. "Government administration" has been such a vague concept for shareholders up to this point that noone can invest with strong or poor confidence. A market update before or with the next quarterly is all investors need to clarify "government administration".
