jeanluc - I guess you used your real name and address in the email you sent VAU but I can understand why the communications people or the shareholder relations people didn't respond to your email. If you didn't use you real name, they certainly wouldn't have.
However, a word of caution. By posting the detail of your email on here, it would now be easy for VAU personnel and/or their lawyers to identify you if they wished to. So, it might be a good idea in any future HotCopper commentary you post to ensure you don't write anything about the company or any of its personnel which could be regarded as libelous or defamatory.
