It does appear though that some that came from SLR should have done the same...
Some mergers just aren't the same for all, yeah it sucks when we get punished by holding too long, sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't..
case in point, look at the Allkem-Livent merger...
alot of people sold because lithium was in the drain at the bottom of a cycle, they got punished, RIO Tinto lobbed a bid that sent it multiples back to almost asset value.
some here think it's all a big conspiracy, I say most get the timing wrong and become clouded un their personal decision making...
you obviously sold for reasons only known to you and it's proven to be a good move for you, I hope you made those profits grow..
