Agree, from time to time I do a little "Digging"in regards to SZ and it all simply appears to be a good opportunity missed by the previous owners.
My latest understanding is that we have the water and a kind agreement with the Native Landholders (hope that is the correct way to word it but happy to be corrected. Just need the toilet paper roll of bureaucracy to be unthethered. Hasten slowly I say in this regard.
