Read page 29 of yesterday AFR for plan B. Atlas Iron article. Looking at possible rail deal with Gina or backing third party provider QR National to build new rail line that picks up the small miners. Still needs to clear WA govt approvals process. If more money for Govt then all the better no use having small players with resource in the ground making no money as the big boys wont deal.
