I don't know where you got the information about capital raising, it's just wrong. If you look at the announcements for RRP and the upcoming suspension, it says that the last day of trading will be the 17th of July 2017 and the stock will commence trading on the 27th of July 2017. This is simply for the reorganization of the stock. There is no capital raise in any of the announcements that is stated. I also don't know where you got your timetable that you posted on here, but I think you may have made a mistake and are thinking of a different stock.
