Dilema - to play devil's advocate here - given that Magna will pick up the shares if you don't - and assuming there's a lot of holders like yourself - then you could pretty well assume with a majority stake Magna will just take the company over.

That said - they'd have to offer more than the SP at the time - so either way - you'll make money.
