In answer to your comment "Galvanising project progressing (move move" I propose the following thoughts.
Intec commenced testing of its method for treating spent pickle liquor in November 2009. The 1st Phase was said to take 3 months and the 2nd Phase 4 months. During Phase 2 Intec will "scale up to full commercial operational scale, and will treat approximately 50,000 litres of spent pickle liquor". Because "the key unit operations worked as expected in the configuration applied" (D Sammut Re: Galvanising project update) the first trial was completed on time. Thus Intec completed the first trial during February. (ASX announcement 7 April) After they had concluded that their process worked they then took time to explore the "operational variables, including testing the boundaries of those variables". Now I believe that having found that the "key unit operations worked as expected" that they also went immediately onto the 2nd trial while they lodged patents and waited for some VictorianEPA funding. The construction of the "specialised product recovery equipment" which would take 4 months I believe has been worked on since February. If I am correct they are a lot closer to finalizing the 2nd trial than most suspect. They have to keep going as cash is short and "the cornerstone investor" is anything but.
Even when Intec has finished Phase 2 don't expect an immediate ASX announcement as once again I dare say patents will have to be applied for and interested parties will have to be informed. However the $780,000 should be a lot closer to slipping into Intec's bank account.
