    Problem is there is no way at 930,000 Sydney prices are at 5.7x average income - which the ABS has at circa $85,000

    Are you saying the average median income in Sydney is $163,000?

    I know the banks have come up with some BS multiple figures which include imputed rents for landlords etc. but that is what they are BS

    More like 10x household income

    How about rent yields at about 3.4% gross before 4.5% interest payments

    And yes regardless of interest rates it is a MONSTER bubble

    Anyone who denies it is either ignorant or lying...and many of the commentary in Australia is coming from vested interest groups so I pick b)
