from a medical perspective beoing a pyscopath is not "wrong", just different. Society and laws are what dictates whether a behaviour is wrong. But, I do agree, that the particular judge should have his testicles placed in a nutcracker, and, whoever put him in the position of judge, (yep, a pollie), should be slowly roasted over a fire.
