This site, just as many other sites, produce more questions than answers; but that's the nature of the beast so it's no wonder researchers in this field agree on the broad, general spectrum of the definition but argue about the more precise details. Dupas, I believe, gives us the classic paradigm of a psychotic character but you will also read that these very same (almost identical, in fact -tick every box!) characters produce heads of government and CEOs of huge corporations!
