Thanks, rabbs but while now I know a little more about the character of psychopaths, I cannot believe that they are not "mentally ill" as the Dupas' judge put it. Obviously, in legal terms these labels mean something different, ie, a "mentally ill" person is treated more leniantly than a "psychopath." Judges have got to be exact with the use of their words otherwise there can be appeals lodged against their judgements.
