Atomou, they are not sick or ill as such, they are just born with a different brain, an illness or sickness can be cured they cant, a psychopath is like this for life and treatment has been shown to make them worse, they just dont care, this is why they can kill kids and think nothing of it, or cheat people or rob family or cheat on partners, IE if they enjoy it they cant stop themselves.
