I note that EBOS, the parent company of Symbion which has the Terry White / Chemmart and a range of other groups has made a strategic mutually beneficial investment in MedAdvisor. Symbion which owns Minfos pharmacy software will be the platform for integrating the MedAdvisor App into all their group pharmacies. EBOS's investment has been at a premium to MedAdvisor's market price.
Always thought that Corum needed to look very closely at a relationship with MedAdvisor and perhaps look at using some of its stagnating cash to take up a position and gain access to their technology. Too late now and now their opposition has an edge with respect to interactive patient health management.
An association with MedAdvisor could have been something that could be an avenue to many future growth opportunities.
